It can also help with issues such as overthinking, past trauma, body image concerns, and challenges related to life transitions or hormonal changes. Each session is personalised to your goals - whether you're looking to feel more confident, sleep better, reduce anxiety, or let go of old habits. Hypnotherapy can help you build resilience, gain clarity, and reconnect with a more grounded, empowered version of yourself. You remain in control throughout the process, and many clients describe the experience as deeply calming and restorative.
