At MyBodhii, we support mothers & thus the entire family. Pregnancy & postpartum hormones are real & we don't know what has hit us until it does. Think of us as your emotional pit stop for venting, crying, deep breathing and eventually laughing at how messy it all is but knowing you will get through it.

Creative Therapy for Children & Teens: Kids don't

always talk about their feelings - they doodle them, dance them out & yell. These sessions are designed to help your child express what they're going through and teach them healthy coping mechanisms.

Yoga for the Body & Mind: Power yoga & zen yoga for mums who want to go back in time to their pre pregnancy body & mental state while loving their kids to the fullest. And special classes for children to help with their focus, concentration, hormonal changes as well as flexibility and core strength. 

Relationships go through huge transitions throughout your life & we are here to help you make sense of how to ride the ups and downs without losing yourself (or each other) along the way.
