From mom guilt to identity shifts, anxious thoughts to relationship changes, children's mental health to workplace overwhelm- you don’t have to figure it out alone. Here, you’ll find real support rooted in psychology, paired with calming tools like yoga, mindfulness, and simple everyday practices to help you live your best life.

At Bodhii, we offer mental health support for moms, helping them cope with stress, anxiety, and the challenges of balancing it all. Through simple mindfulness practices and self-care techniques, we help moms feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves.
Art & Mindfulness for Children
Children process emotions differently, and creative expression can help. Our kids' program uses art and mindfulness to encourage creativity, self-awareness, and an understanding of the importance of mental health. Through simple exercises in art, storytelling, and movement, children learn to express themselves and develop a healthy approach to emotions.
The Role of Yoga in Well-being
Yoga plays a gentle but powerful role in our approach, offering prenatal and postpartum yoga for moms and mindfulness-based movement for children. Simple breathing techniques and relaxation exercises help bring calmness and balance to both mothers and kids.
